Miss Taylor is the heart and soul behind Elite Dance Studio, proudly leading the way as the sole Owner and Director for the past 11 years! With over 20 years of dance experience, she brings a deep love for movement and a vibrant energy to everything she does. From ballet and jazz to lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, modern, and more-Taylor's training covers nearly every style, and her years in the competitive dance world gave her the chance to learn from some of the industry's top choreographers at national conventions and even competing in places like Walt Disney World! Miss Taylor holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has taken courses through the Acro Dance Teachers Association. She brings that educational expertise into every class, blending creativity with structure in a way that supports every dancer's growth! Miss Taylor's true passion lies in telling stories through music and movement, and she believes dance is a powerful way to express who you are. Her mission is to create a space where every dancer feels confident, inspired, and completely at home. Under her leadership, Elite Dance Studio has become more than just a place to dance-it's a family, and she couldn't be prouder of the community that's grown over the years.
With over 20 years of dance experience and 8 years spent competing, Miss Jessa brings energy, passion, and a whole lot of heart to both our Competitive and Recreational programs here at Elite! She's trained in a wide range of styles-ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and pointe-and has performed and competed in exciting places like Walt Disney World, Atlantic City, and Hershey Park. During her college years at the University of New Hampshire, Jessa took on a leadership role as the head of her sorority's dance team, continuing to fuel her love for performing and choreography. Her favorite styles to teach are tap and musical theatre, but she truly enjoys sharing the magic of every genre with her students. When she's not at the studio, Miss Jessa is a middle school Special Education and ELA teacher who's passionate about making learning fun and meaningful-both in and out of the classroom. Her creativity and ability to bring stories to life shine through in every class she teaches. With her upbeat personality and genuine love for helping dancers grow, Miss Jessa brings a fresh, inspiring energy that helps every student feel empowered to reach their full potential.
Miss Sam has been dancing and competing for over 15 years and is a proud member of our Elite teaching staff. After spending years as a leader on our Company Team, she now steps into an exciting new role as Junior Creative Assistant, where she helps shape choreography, mentor younger dancers, and bring fresh ideas to life across the studio.Trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, and Contemporary, Sam specializes in Hip-Hop and Contemporary but thrives on the challenge of every style. She's had the opportunity to train with some of the best in the industry, including Megz Alfonso, Alex Wong, Tabitha & Napoleon D'umo, Cyrus Spencer, Rudy Abreu, Amelia Rowe, Casie 'Tynee' GoShow, Sandi Duncan, and many more. Sam is a national titleholder with numerous
special awards and scholarships earned throughout her competitive career. Known for her passion, creativity, and strong leadership, she leads by example and is committed to helping every dancer feel inspired and confident. When she's not dancing, Sam is attending Salve Regina University, but her heart is always with her Elite family. She can't wait to see her hard work and creativity come to life this season!
Miss Tiana has been dancing for over 25 years, with the majority of her journey spent in the competitive dance world. A beloved member of the Elite family since 2010, Tiana grew up in the studio-first as a dedicated student and now as a valued Assistant Choreographer, where she helps bring creative vision and choreography to life across multiple styles. Tiana has trained extensively in ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop, with a special passion and talent for tap. Her dance career has taken her to some incredible stages, including performances at Boston Celtics games, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and even on cruise ships. She's also competed at major events across the country, including Las Vegas, and attended top national conventions to train with leading choreographers. Beyond the studio, Tiana is a dance mom to three daughters, giving her a unique perspective and natural patience that shines through in everything she does. With her years of experience and eye for detail, Miss Tiana brings heart, rhythm, and a deep love for the art of dance to every piece she helps create.
